The Mays Family Scout Ranch Chuck Wagon Pavilion is an outdoor covered pavilion with an attached kitchen (not included in rental), located across from the parade field (The Corral). The dining pavilion is rented out in 4-5 hour time slots and requires a $100 refundable deposit (booking fee) for BSA Units. A $200 refundable deposit is collected from the public or on full weekend rentals.
Check-In Procedure
All campers and visitors must check in with the Mays Family Scout Ranch Ranch Manager immediately upon arrival. Unit leadership is to provide a roster of all Scouts and adults in attendance as well as any required training documentation.
Clean-Up Procedure
A Scout is to Leave No Trace, all Items must be left in as good if not better condition than when the unit/group arrived. If facility is not cleaned you will be accessed a cleaning fee of $50 per hour with a $50 minimum.
Check-Out Procedure
At the end of your camp stay, you must check out with the Ranch Manager, who will promptly inspect the rental facility to ensure cleanliness and care.
