Description
The Southwestern Bell Dining Hall is 75x55 square feet and includes tables, fire place, outdoor patio, and restrooms. At an additional fee the kitchen includes Vulcan commercial ovens, and stove top/griddle, serving counter, sinks, ice machine, refrigerator, and walk-in freezer. Rental periods include time to set-up, break-down, and clean-up, for additional request please contact McGimsey Scout Park Manager Chris Silvey at (210) 296-7628 . If dining hall is not cleared out by the end of your reservation additional fees will be charged. On top of normal rental fees Southwestern Bell Dining Hall has a refundable booking fee of $100 if you rent without the kitchen and $200 refundable booking fee if rented with the kitchen. Deposits (booking fee) will be refunded in full only if group/unit checks-out on time and cleans-up according to rental agreement.

Check-In Procedure
All campers and visitors must check in with the McGimsey Scout Park Ranger immediately upon arrival. Unit leadership is to provide a roster of all Scouts and adults in attendance as well as any required training documentation.
Clean-Up Procedure
A Scout is to Leave No Trace, all Items must be left in as good if not better condition than when the unit/group arrived. If facility is not cleaned you will be accessed a cleaning fee of $50 per hour with a $50 minimum.
Check-Out Procedure
At the end of your camp stay, you must check out with the Camp Ranger, who will promptly inspect the rental facility to ensure cleanliness and care.
