In order to qualify for a "Fast Pass" for Check in you must be registered by 21 May, 2017, and have your completed Health Forms submitted to Council for all participants (adult and scout).  Your health form must not be missing any information (tetanus dates, etc).  In addition, adults must provide proof of current Face to Face Youth Protection Training along with the health form by 21 May, 2017.

Please send all health forms by fax to 210-341-7641 or bring them in to the Outdoor Adventure Center at Council.  Be sure to annotate which Event you are submitting the health form for and be specific about the date (there are many day camps, be specific about location and date) to ensure it gets filed correctly.
