Report to State 2019

Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 7:00am to 12:00pm
All Scouts are invited to attend the annual Report to State! Come represent our council and the Scouting movement to our state government. The Alamo Area Council will put a delegation together of 20 youth, one of whom will be the spokesperson for our council. Any Scouting units may march in a parade down Congress Avenue to the State Capitol at no cost. All participants are usually welcome to view the report event in the balcony of the House Chambers.

Unit Participant in the Report to State Parade $0.00

The Unit Registration is for Troops/Crews/Posts/Ships/Packs that are planning to attend the Report to State Parade.  This is not a required registration, but we encourage you to let us know you are attending so we can watch for you in the parade! We are asking for an estimated number of participants during the registration. In addition, you may order patches through us but we will place our patch order on January 4th, so please let us know early if you need patches. 

The system is set up for an additional 10 patches at this time, if you need more than that, please send an email to with the number of patches you would like to order.  We will update the online registration system with this number so that you may add it to your cart during your registration.
