Council Coordinated Meeting

Alamo Area Council Hosts a Council Coordinated Meeting to Prepare for 2018

Thursday, November 9, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

University United Methodist Church

5084 De Zavala Road, San Antonio, TX 78249

 

This is the annual meeting that most councils usually have to plan and prepare Key District Leadership for the following calendar year.  At this meeting the 2018 Vision and Strategic Map for our Council will be shared with all leadership.  The meeting will also have a break out session of all District Operating Committees (Program, Membership, Chairs, etc.).                                                                                                                                              

All District Committee members, District Commissioner staff and all Board members are welcomed. 

The final revisions for the Adventure Guide will also be made during this meeting.

Agenda:

6:00 pm - Registration & Gathering

6:15 pm - Opening Session: 2018 Council Vision, Strategic Map, etc. 

7:30 pm - Split session on Finance, Membership, Outdoor Adventures, & Unit Service

8:25 pm - Closing Remarks
