Tiger Day Camp 2016 (CSI: Cub Scout Investigators)

Tiger Day Camp - July 9 & 10, 2016

Tiger Day Camp is for all Tigers (going into the 1st grade in fall 2016) and their adult partner to come and enjoy two days of camp designed for Tigers! 

What: Tigers will explore Scout Camp activities: Archery, BB Guns, Swimming, Evidence Gathering, Games, Code Breaking and more. Parents will assist their Scouts while also learning more about Scouting: vocabulary, advancement, unit structure and the role of parents.

Where: McGimsey Scout Park (located behind the Council Service Center) 2226 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio

When: 9:00 AM -3: 00 PM Saturday and Sunday (no over night camping).

Early Bird - $40.00*

Regular (after June 27, 2016) - $45*

Walk-in - $50 (limited t-shirts will be available)

*Includes camp t-shirt for Tiger Cubs.

Useful Information:

  • Please bring a sack lunch for you and your Tiger Cub both days.  No sodas or fruit drinks will be allowed.  Lunches will be placed in a walk-in cooler. Water will be provided all day.  Save the sweet, fruity, carbonated drinks for after camp.
  • Please complete Tiger Cub Registration Online and Sections A & B of Health form one for the Tiger Cub and their Adult Partner and submit the forms to the Outdoor Adventure Center prior to Camp.
  • Camp uniform consists of the following: Camp T-shirt, comfortable pants or shorts. Close-toed shoes and socks must be worn.  No open toed shoes.
  •  Hat to shade the face.
  • The use of sunscreen is highly recommended.  Please apply on your son before they leave home and bring some sunscreen with you.
