The Exploring Team of the Boy Scouts of America, Alamo Area Council would like to invite all local First Responders in leadership to learn about a workforce development program at the Exploring Explosion Luncheon. The Exploring program preview event will be held at the MAYS FAMILY SCOUT RANCH located at 3445 Fest Rd, San Antonio, Texas. The guest speaker, date, and time for this event will be announced in the near future.

This is the time to see what an exciting Explorer program can do in your county for your high school youth. The Exploring programExternal Link is a coed career based program that aims to help boys and girls discover their future through real-world hands-on experience before they graduate from high school. There are currently 14 First Responder posts in the Alamo Area Council. The council would like to see this great program grow and expand into each of the counties served by Council - Bexar, Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Frio, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, La Salle, McMullen, Medina, and Wilson.

Please RSVP your ability to attend to Misty Green, Exploring Executive, by clicking on the orange register button to the right of this page.  Mrs. Green can also be contacted by email at Exploring@AlamoAreaBSA.org or phone 210-422-0034.
