San Antonio Missions Baseball

The San Antonio Missions are a minor league baseball team playing in the Texas League, a  Double-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres major-league club.  The 2013 Texas League Champions play in Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium, located in the west side of San Antonio (5757 US-90, San Antonio, TX 78227). Opened in 1994, the park seats over 6,200 fans and holds more than 9,000.  The San Antonio Mission's official mascot is "Ballapeño", a baseballing jalapeño.

The Boy Scouts of America, Alamo Area Council has partnered with the SA Missions on Scout nights for over 17 years.
