Troop 233 - San Antonio, TX

Boy Scout Troop 233 is a high adventure troop located in Northwest San Antonio (Leon Springs), Texas.  We meet each Tuesday at 7:15pm and we generally campout each month.  Our goal is to attend two summer camps with one being a high adventure base (Philmont, Seabase, Northern Tier) and a more local camp with high adventure within Texas.

The troop is in the Alamo Area Council and is chartered by Leon Springs Presbyterian Church, 23943 IH-10 West, San Antonio, TX 78257 (210-698-2325).  Several schools are represented by scouts in the troop, including Leon Springs Elementary School, Aue Elementary School, Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary School, Bonnie Ray Ellison Elementary, Sara McAndrew Elementary, Boerne Middle School South, Rawlinson Middle School, Boerne-Champion High School, Clark High School, and TMI.

Troop 233 is dedicated to developing moral character, leadership skills, and outdoor skills.  Membership is open to all boys who are 11 years old, or have completed the fifth grade, or earned the Arrow of Light Award and are at least 10 years old, but not yet 18 years old.  For more information you can check out our website at www.troop233.orgExternal Link or email:
