Roundtables are held the 1st Thursday of the month from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. We meet at Harlandale United Methodist Church located at 6025 South Flores Street #2158, San Antonio, TX 78214
What is Roundtable?
Roundtables are monthly training events that are held the 1st Thursday of the month for adult scout leaders in the district.
It is chaired by a volunteer known as the District Roundtable Commissioner. They, with the help of their district committee, put together a program with the objective being to provide program ideas, information on policy and events, and training opportunities.

Why attend roundtable?
Roundtables are intended to provide another resource for helping unit leaders develop program ideas for their units.
Have you ever had a question about how to do something or needed help with a program element for your scouts? Maybe you need help with a STEM related activity or a merit badge like Citizenship in the Community or maybe you want to take your unit camping but don’t have experience or trained adults that can help you. Roundtable is where you would find adult scouters that can help with these and other issues or questions you may have.
It is an opportunity to meet other adult scouters in the district and develop a scouting network. It is nearly guaranteed that someone will have an answer or know someone that can answer your question or assist with a need your unit may have.
