The Popcorn Kernel(s) and 1 additional leader must complete this test before popcorn will be issued to your Unit.
Remember, you must have 3 different contacts in the Popcorn System. Anyone who is authorized to pick up popcorn must also be in the system

Show & Sell Certificate of Insurance
Some businesses request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) in order for your Unit to sell on their property. If requested, these can be provided by Council and may take up to 72 hours to process. We will not provide blank or unassigned certificates.

• BUSINESS NAME & ADDRESS
• SALES DATE(S) & TIMES

Military Donations
Put out a donation canister to collect change from purchases, loose change, and money from those not interested in buying popcorn. Most people will give to our soldiers even if they can’t buy popcorn.
REQUIRED: At the end of the sale, if your Unit uses Military donations to purchase
excess popcorn inventory you must submit pictures of your Scouts delivering that popcorn.

Popcorn Issues Report
Report any issues with the packaging of the popcorn using this report. Be sure to take pictures and return damage popcorn to Council. This report is only for popcorn damaged during production and shipping. Any popcorn damaged by your Unit is not covered.
