Alamo Area Council invites Scouts to attend Philmont 2015

Philmont is the original Boy Scouts of America National High Adventure base. It is located in northeastern New Mexico near the town of Cimmaron. Support patriots, fitness, and Scouts in this returning Council special event. The "Scout Strong Patriot Run" is a 5k race and 1k kids' fun run held annually on Flag Day to honor our Armed Forces with event proceeds benefiting the programs of the Boy Scouts of America, Alamo Area Council. This years event will be held at our own McGimsey Scout Park.
