Did you know that you can now submit ALL applications through the council website? Please take advantage of this new feature. All information is secure and encrypted so our scouts/volunteer’s personal information is protected. We ask that any membership, Eagle, or MBC applications be sent through the website unless you are bringing them into the office. (Please remember that the council office is closed on Fridays, but you can use our “Drop Box” that is located at the front desk) If any information that is required to process the applications is missing the application will not be processed and will sit in the online portal, so we highly recommend that you verify all information before submitting them. This has become an ongoing issue and as of October 9 we are no longer accepting any defective applications. Please refer to the checklist below to make sure all these items are filled out on the applications before submitting. When you submit applications, please indicate if you will be calling in to make a payment or if the fees will be taken out of the unit account. We will not be calling units/individuals to collect payment; this is the responsibility of the units or individuals.

Registration Checklist
Youth Registration:
- Youth date of birth
- Grade
- Parent date of birth
- Parent email
- Parent signature
- Unit leader signature
- Unit number
Adult Registration:
- Social Security Number
- Applicant signature
- COR signature
- Unit number
- Position code or name
- Background check form-must be signed at the bottom
- All training complete-YPT and position specific
- Must use the 2022 printing of the Adult application
In-Council Transfers:
- Unit transferring from
- Member ID#
- Signatures
Out of Council Transfers:
- Previous council name or number
- Previous council member ID#
- Note whether membership in previous council is current
- For adults, training record
Merit Badge Counselors:
- Merit badge counselor application
- Adult application-even if you are registered with a unit
- YPT and merit badge counselor training complete
- Certifications if required
- $25 fee if not registered in a unit
- For existing counselors only, a new MBC application to add or delete badges
